Barney Cashman, age 47, wants to join the sexual revolution before it's too late.
But he has a true blue wife of 23 years and absolutely no experience in adultery.
He attempts three seductions -
a flaunting sexpot fond of cigarettes and whiskey,
but Barney's not set up for such compulsions, especially in his mother's apartment.
So, a kooky actress seems just the ticket, but she proves madder than a hatter.
That leaves his wife's best friend - unfortunately she's a stern moralist
who sees sin around every corner!
